The Story:
Lax Out Cancer is so excited to introduce this year's recipients. Meet Grayson, Jackson, Hannah and Alexa - They are brave and courageous and need your support.
Lax Out Cancer is a Shoreham-Wading River based multi-community fundraiser, that benefits families who have a child diagnosed with cancer. It's goal is to raise funds to help with the expenses that they incur. This is the Ninth Annual Lax Out Cancer event which will combine the power of the communities of Shoreham-Wading River, Garden City, Miller Place, and Bellport, all banding together to raise funds for very deserving families who are bravely battling cancer. Over the next several months we will ask for donations from individuals, families, and businesses, to help support our cause. The culmination of this effort will be a Lax Out Cancer Day on May 6th, 2017. During this event the boys lacrosse teams from the participating school districts will play games to honor the families of those who have been affected by cancer. Please join us by donating in any way that you can and help us fundraise for this very deserving event as we Lax Out Cancer!
